## Summary

The procurement process for creative arts therapy and psychoeducational workshops is being managed by the NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board, based in Maidstone, United Kingdom. This process is governed under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) rather than the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The contract, valued at £76,215, is intended to be directly awarded to the existing provider, the British Refugee Council, covering services from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027. The procurement falls under the health services category and involves a limited procurement method aimed at repeating existing services. Interested parties were required to send written representations by 13th February 2026, marking the start of the standstill period, with the awarding governed by the Health Care Services Regulations 2023.

This procurement offers business growth opportunities mainly to those already engaged in healthcare services, particularly in offering innovative, integrated, and sustainable health services. Given the criteria, businesses that excel in quality, value, addressing health inequalities, and providing social value would find this contract favourable. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs), especially those with a background in health services for displaced populations or similar sectors, stand to benefit by leveraging their experience in providing comprehensive service solutions that align with national healthcare priorities. The emphasis on direct awarding underscores a preference for organisations that have already demonstrated their ability to deliver consistent, high-quality services.
