### Planning Information

Interested parties are requested to complete the separate pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire and return it via Scanmarket by 27th February 2026. In order to ensure that all parties receive the same information, please submit any questions or requests for clarification in writing using the messaging function in the e-sourcing system used by Anglian Water known as Scanmarket. Questions sent by any other method will NOT be accepted or answered. Anglian Water's responses to all questions will be sent simultaneously to all interested parties via Scanmarket, unless the information is deemed by Anglian Water, at its discretion, to be confidential to a particular party or parties
All questions or clarifications are requested to be submitted by 13th February 2026, questions after this time may not be answered by Anglian Water. 
Responses to requests for clarification will be communicated by 20th February 2026 to all interested suppliers through the Scanmarket messaging system.
