The University of Strathclyde ("the University") is seeking to establish a Contract for the Supply, Delivery of Kitchen Materials, Bathroom Cabinets & Associated Products (2026-30) (UOS-41316-2026) at the University of Strathclyde.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The University of Strathclyde is seeking to establish a contract to support the delivery of the activities outlined below, engaging suppliers with proven experience in providing bespoke kitchen and bathroom unit solutions, including the capability to accurately match, replicate, and integrate with existing units. This Contract will include, however, will not be limited to: - Manufacture and supply of bespoke kitchen units to match existing installations: - Manufacture and supply of bespoke bathroom units to match existing installations: - Colour, material, and style matching to existing units (including older or discontinued ranges); and - Repair and refurbishment of kitchen, bathroom, and related furniture. The Contract will be awarded on a sole supply basis, and its remit largely relates to Goods. Please note, it does not include for the installation of kitchen materials / bathroom cabinets, as this is carried out by staff within the Estates Services team at the University. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: In line with 72 - Modification of Contracts During their Term, of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, this Contract may be modified without a new procurement procedure in accordance with this Part in some cases.

Renewal: The contract duration is 24-months, with the option to extend for up to an additional two 12-month periods. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to utilise the extension periods at its discretion.
