## Summary

Peterborough City Council has issued a tender regarding the provision of services for statutory homelessness reviews under Section 202 of the Housing Act 1996. This procurement opportunity falls within the public authority category and is specifically organised by the sub-central government sector. It is a services contract with an emphasis on evaluation consultancy, miscellaneous business-related services, and administrative social services, located in Peterborough, UKH11 region. The procurement process is currently at the 'tender' stage and is carried out through an open competition method below the threshold. Business entities can submit their proposals electronically by 4th March 2026, following enquiries by 26th February 2026.

This tender presents an opportunity for qualified businesses, particularly those adept in evaluation and consultancy services, to contribute to essential community-based work. It requires conducting fair and legally compliant homelessness reviews, making it ideal for firms specialising in administrative social services with experience in housing law. Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are encouraged to participate, as the contract supports their involvement with a value up to £100,000. This can broaden business growth prospects, leveraging quality and deliverability evaluation criteria, alongside competitive pricing. Firms meeting minimum quality thresholds stand the chance of winning the contract, with options for renewal extending the engagement up to 2031.
