The scope of services includes the verification of as installed information; planned inspection and testing to ensure that the Installation meets operational and safety standards; reactive maintenance including the provision of a 365/24/7 call out service to attend at an applicable site within the prescribed times. The services also includes provision for repairs, replacements, modifications and requested upgrades to the Installation. ### Planning Information The tender is expected to be issued on 20th February 2026, with a contract start date of 1st June 2026. The contract term will last a minimum of 3 years, with options to extend for 3 x 1 year periods, bringing the total duration to a maximum of 6 years. The estimated cost for the full contract term is between £65,000 and £200,000.
