## Summary

The Waste and Resources Action Programme (WRAP) located at Blenheim Court, Banbury, UK, is undertaking a procurement process titled "FNP000-GEN Finance - D365 Business Central & Progressus Managed Support Services and Licenses". This process is in the tender stage, seeking services within the software package and information systems category. Key activities include managed application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and associated integrations. The anticipated contract period begins on 20 April 2026, running initially for three years, with the possibility of extension for an additional year. Interested businesses must submit their expressions of interest by 27 March 2026, following which an initial configuration review will ensure alignment with WRAP’s business processes and assess any related risks. The procurement is currently active, and the approximate gross value is £200,000.00 GBP.

This procurement opportunity provides significant growth prospects for businesses specialising in IT consultancy, software development, support services, and SaaS solutions. Companies with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration systems will find this an attractive opportunity to deliver transformative managed services, enhancing WRAP's operational capabilities. The process is open, hence encourages competitive bidding, favouring businesses able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the project, relevant experience, and effective methodologies for service delivery. A structured project team is crucial, as the award criteria emphasise quality and price, offering a pathway for both large firms and SMEs to compete for valuable long-term contracts.
