TfL-WF is seeking Continuous based maintenance services with the following accreditations: * ISO 18436 refers to a series of standards focused on the condition monitoring and diagnostics of machines, specifically addressing the requirements for qualifying and assessing personnel involved in these areas. * ISO 20283-4 which refers to measurement, evaluation, and reporting of vibration marine machinery parts. Monthly requirements * Condition monitoring data reports * Machine health reports and system integrity checks * Data analysis reports, highlighting machines in alarm * Weblink access to manual readings for monitoring. * Maintenance recommendations on machines-in-alarm; in the monthly report summary but also within 24 hours of machines going into alarm * 24/7 alarms review and maintenance notifications * To have baseline vibration readings of all machinery enabling WF to submit to Regulatory Classification Society for inclusion into the Survey cycle.
