Lot 2: Phased LED replacement (Approx 2 floors per year). Summer 2026 to 2028

Phased completion of the LED installations approximately 2 floors per year during the Summer Period. Starting May 2026 completing May 2028. May 1st to 31st July annually.

Lot 3: Outright LED replacement 6 floors: Summer 2026. Bidder Financed Option.

Outright LED Replacement 6 floors 1st May 2026 to 31st August 2026, financed package offer provided by contractor.

Lot 4: Phased LED replacement (Approx 2 floors per year). Summer 2026 to 2028. Bidder Financed Option.
