The service will be delivered primarily to estates located in Livingston, Whitburn and Blackburn, and Almond Housing Association may instruct the Contractor to provide landscape maintenance services at additional estates within their ownership or factored throughout West Lothian, which may include recently completed new build housing sites or future new build housing developments that have not been completed at the date of inviting tenders. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Single Stage Tendering in accordance with Regulations 28 (Open Procedure) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
