The services required include; - Operational Readiness Review - Facility Activation Planning - Relocation Strategy - Physical Relocation Plan - Patient Transfer Plan - Physical Relocation Management - Patient Transfer Services - FF&E Inventory Management Services - New Equipment Installation The services are required must align to the programme, and will commence in April 2026 until completion of the programme in late 2027 to early 2028.
