Conduct in-person accessibility surveys by trained surveyors, applying ISO 9001-accredited quality assurance processes. Provide updated imagery, including large-format photos and 360deg images of accessible toilets, bathrooms, and Changing Places facilities. Supply annual Guidance Documentation, including RAG-rated accessibility matrices, low-cost improvement recommendations, and best practice guidance reports aligned with BS8300:2018 standards. Deliver ongoing maintenance, hosting, and data updates for a digital platform and its integration with the Trust's website.
