With sectors covering Adult and Children Services, Neighbourhood Care, and Crisis Response, businesses catering to these areas and possessing expertise in care and support can benefit significantly. Given the framework agreement technique, the procurement is suitable for SMEs and VCSEs, encouraging local and small-scale providers to participate and expand their service offerings.
