## Summary

The Nottinghamshire and City of Nottingham Fire Authority is in the planning stage of a procurement process for project management software, titled 'PRN004602 Project Management Software', aimed at introducing a new centralised solution. This public authority, classified under sub-central government, seeks to engage with the market to expand its understanding and evaluate potential software packages. Located in Nottingham, UK, this process involves a pre-market engagement activity scheduled with a due date of 12th March 2026, inviting suppliers to partake in demonstrations either in-person or via virtual Teams meetings. Key future steps include a further notice to be published on 1st April 2026, with the contract period set between 1st May 2026 and 30th April 2030, and an estimated value of £45,000, excluding VAT.

This tender offers opportunities for suppliers in the software development and information systems sector, particularly those specialising in project management solutions. Businesses acquainted with public sector procurement procedures and project management software will find this tender well-suited to showcase their products, potentially securing a contract with renewal possibilities. As Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service is keen on understanding the market better, businesses that can provide innovative solutions, demonstrate proven product viability, and engage effectively during the pre-market engagement are encouraged to participate. This presents an excellent growth opportunity to establish a long-term partnership by aligning with the requirements and strategic objectives of NFRS.
