        "description": "The Network is being developed as part of the support offer for Neighbourhood Boards and community leaders (as the end customer/user), aiming to build lasting community capacity and support inclusive, locally-led change. The Network aims will be to: - Provide Neighbourhood Boards with access to bespoke advice and guidance to support community-led regeneration - Enable strong community leadership, facilitating identification of current and future leaders, and equipping them with the skills, tools and confidence to drive change through inclusive engagement and effective community organising - Support peer learning and share good practice, including through events and a new digital platform MHCLG requires a supplier to create and manage the Network, delivering a flexible programme of support and peer learning opportunities for Pride in Place Programme (PiPP) areas. The contract is anticipated to be for an estimated value of PS12.03M excl. VAT over an initial period of 3 years, with possible MHCLG extension options of up to 2 further years (subject to need and funding). We anticipate this will include a coherent package and 'one stop shop' for PiPP places to access support.
