### Planning Information

Between September - October 2025, the Council undertook stakeholder engagement with 66 VCSE organisations by survey, 6 VCSE organisations in one-to-one feedback meetings and 150 individuals representing organisations attending four Neighbourhood network meetings, alongside organisations involved in partnering with the Housing and Communities team. Additionally, 17 representatives from across the Council took part in a survey and Q&A meeting.
Provider engagement took place in Newcastle upon Tyne on the 20 October 2025.
Expressions of interest and clarification questions were fielded via the OPEN portal.
