This is a Market Engagement process to assess the interest, capacity and capability of the market to deliver a five-bed residential respite service with nursing care for adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs. The service will be provided 24 hours per day, seven days a week including days, evenings and weekends, and will be provided over a full 52 weeks per year, as defined and detailed in the Essential Standards set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This contract is anticipated to advertised and procured on the basis of an initial 3 year contract period, with an option to extend up to a further 24 months subject to Commissioner discretion and requirements (5 years in total). The annual value is forecasted to be circa PS680,000. The deadline for this market engagement questionnaire is by 5.00pm on 6th March 2026. The ICB reserves the right to seek to schedule 1:1 market engagement meetings w/c 9th and/or 16th March 2026.
