### Lot Information

Lot 1

To support the Stop Smoking Service by increasing and optimising the delivery of Very Brief Advice (VBA) across all primary care settings. Contribute to key service outcomes and help reduce smoking prevalence in Darlington, with a focus on identifying, targeting, and engaging individuals most likely to benefit from stop-smoking support. Is it the intention to award a contract to the existing provider following direct award process C for a period of 2 years with the ability to extend for further 1 year.

Options: C1.1 If the Authority wishes to extend this Contract, it shall give the Provider written notice of such intention before the Expiry Date set out in clause A3.2. C1.2 If the Authority gives such notice then the Expiry Date shall be extended by the period set out in the notice.
