The purpose of this commission is to improve the psychological safety and wellbeing of frontline homelessness staff which will in turn support the delivery of psychologically informed services. Group reflective practice sessions would be scheduled at regular intervals depending on the needs of each specific team. Serious incident response sessions would be scheduled in response to a serious incident being reported. A response to a serious incident report should be received within one working day, with a serious incident response session to be scheduled within 3 working days of the incident, or at the earliest available opportunity for the person(s) involved.
