Additionally, a small number of ceiling track hoists, as well as adaptable kitchens and toilets that require testing, inspection, and ongoing servicing/maintenance, will be included within the scope of this contract. The successful supplier will enter into a contract with the Council, under the TAC-1 (Term Alliance Contract) arrangement. The contract is scheduled to commence on 01/07/2026 and will run until 30/06/2029, with option to extend by two further 12-month periods, with the potential overall Contract period amounting to five years, subject to satisfactory performance and budget approvals.
