This SDP programme comprises four complementary procurements that provide specialist discovery, advisory, and digital delivery to support UKP's transformation objectives. The scope is non-BAU; all work under each contract will be outcomes based, as opposed to an ongoing service provision. The delivery model assessment determined the following distinct subservices forming four separate procurements. 1. Management Consultancy (considering MCF4, Lot 3) Discovery and advice regarding target operating models, governance structures, and change management, engagement planning, readiness assessments, etc. 2. Technical Consultancy (considering TS4, Lot 1) Discovery and advice regarding enterprise architecture, technical due diligence, horizon scanning. end-to-end service redesign, technical feasibility assessments, etc 3. Digital Delivery Solutions (considering DOS7, Lot 1) Hands-on implementation of digital products and needs on an outcome basis, such as a new room booking system. 4.
