This contract presents substantial growth opportunities for businesses specialising in health services particularly those with experience in providing autism and learning disabilities services. It was awarded through a limited procurement method due to its urgency and importance in filling service provision gaps, offering small and medium enterprises (SMEs) like Midland Mencap the chance to solidify their effectiveness in high-demand healthcare niches.
