## Summary

Dunbritton Housing Association is currently inviting tenders for its Open Space Maintenance (OSM) services, focused on grounds maintenance within the housing and community amenities sector. The tender covers the period from 2026/27 to 2029/30, with an option for two additional 12-month extensions. Services will be provided across areas of West Dunbartonshire and Argyle and Bute, UK. This tender is in the 'active' planning stage with a submission deadline set for 30 March 2026 at 12:00 PM. As part of an open procurement procedure, the Association seeks submissions that adhere strictly to its detailed specification requirements, as outlined in the Contract Documents.

This tender provides a substantial opportunity for businesses specialising in grounds and open space maintenance to expand their portfolio through long-term contracts and potential extensions. Suited for companies with experience in handling similar services, the contract includes reactive repair work and miscellaneous tasks such as slabbing and paving maintenance, making it ideal for versatile contractors with a robust service offering. With quality holding a high weight at 60% in the award criteria, businesses that excel in service delivery and community benefits integration—key components specified in the tender—are well-positioned to compete. Additionally, the electronic submission process allows for efficient bidding, opening doors to both local and regional firms aiming to solidify their presence in these geographical areas.
