Pendragon is the only supplier in the market at the time of procurement that is able to offer such product. This subscription focuses purely on UK pensions industry by providing materials such as pension legislation, statutory instruments, regulatory materials, case law, news, Pensions Ombudsman determinations, and EU materials. A single supplier direct award justification is relied upon under para 6 of schedule 5 of the Procurement Act 2023.
