## Notice

Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) is establishing a multi-supplier, non-committal Framework Agreement for the provision of executive and senior leadership development services across NHS Wales. The Framework will provide access to suitably qualified and experienced professionals to support leadership capability, talent management and succession planning for executives, senior leaders, board members and aspiring leaders. The Framework is structured into Lots covering executive coaching and mentoring, facilitation services, executive development centre design and observation, and specialist speakers and advisors, with provision available in English and Welsh where required. ### Lot Information

Executive and Senior Leader Coaching/Mentoring Services

Provision of one-to-one executive and senior leadership coaching and mentoring services, delivered in English and/or Welsh, to support leadership effectiveness, career progression and transition.

Renewal: The Framework Agreement is anticipated to commence on or around 1 September 2026 and shall be awarded for an initial term of two (2) years. The Framework Agreement may include the options to extend for further period(s). Executive/ Senior Leader Facilitation Services

### Planning Information

HEIW will hold a virtual Supplier Engagement Event on 30/03/2026 at 10:00 AM via Microsoft Teams. The session will provide an overview of the planned Executive Development Framework, outline the scope of services, and allow suppliers to ask questions. Following the presentation and Q&A, suppliers may request a 10‑minute 1:1 discussion slot with HEIW representatives.
Suppliers wishing to attend must submit an expression of interest by 12:00 noon on 26/03/2026 by emailing Sairam.Kunuri@wales.nhs.uk with:
• Names and positions of attendees
• Whether a 10‑minute 1:1 slot is required
Attendance does not guarantee participation in any future procurement, and information shared during the session may be used by HEIW to refine the requirement. Suppliers should therefore avoid sharing confidential or commercially sensitive information.HEIW accepts no liability for any costs incurred by bidders as a result of attending the engagement event.
