## Notice

RBWM is a non-stock holding Council and therefore need to procure temporary accommodation to meet homelessness. With a very limited Council's owned accommodation and a need to fulfil its statutory duty, RBWM seek to create a framework for provision of temporary accommodation by appointing a number of suitable Providers (Housing Companies, Lettings Agents or other capable organisations) who can offer a wide range of suitable properties which can be used for temporary accommodation placements by RBWM as/when required. ### Lot Information

Lot 1

Renewal: This Open frameworks will be "reopened" (i.e. one framework in the scheme expires as the next one commences) periodically throughout the term to allow new suppliers to tender for a place on the framework. The first reopening will be after 3 years from the award of the first framework (or earlier subject to the Authority's discretion). and the second reopening will happen within a period of 5 years beginning on the award of the second framework in the scheme.
