## Summary

The Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police, representing both the Thames Valley Police and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary, is initiating a procurement process in the planning stage for an "Electronic Asset Storage and Control Management Cabinets Solution". This opportunity seeks to engage with potential service providers who specialise in data-processing hardware, software solutions, and related IT services. The project involves the development of a scalable and modular asset management system to be implemented across the Southeast region, focusing on intelligent asset control and documentation. Interested parties should reach out by 20th March 2026, with the installation phase expected to start on 2nd November 2026 and complete by 1st November 2031, with the possibility of renewal.

This tender represents a significant business growth opportunity, particularly for SMEs specialising in IT consultancy, software development, hardware provisioning, and maintenance services, given the declared gross budget of £840,000. Companies that can offer tailored, scalable solutions for asset management systems will find this contract particularly advantageous. Organisations with capabilities to deliver services in data-processing hardware, software packages, information systems, repair and maintenance, and installation services are well suited to meet the needs of this procurement process. The procurement invites expressions of interest to ensure the Authority is equipped with advanced management systems, providing potential suppliers the chance to support public security services through innovation and technology.
