## Summary

The NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board is advancing its procurement process for the provision of health services under the title "BNSSG ICB - St Mungos: Assertive Contact and Engagement (ACE)". This process relates to health services in the industry category with services targeted for the local region of Bristol, as identified by the CPV code 85100000. This procurement has reached the award stage, with the contract covering the period from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2029. The tender process followed a direct award without prior call for competition under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, excluding the typical procedures outlined in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and The Procurement Act 2023. The anticipated contract value starts at £3,205,858.11, with potential adjustments in subsequent years to account for any uplifted costs.

This contract offers significant business opportunities, particularly for organisations specialising in healthcare services and those with expertise in engaging hard-to-reach populations, such as individuals with complex mental health needs and barriers to accessing services. Businesses well-versed in providing both individual and group-based mental health support, as well as training and consultancy in mental health conditions, would find the scope of this contract advantageous. Services are particularly aimed at engaging adults over 16 who are eligible for Bristol GP services but currently not engaged with mental health care, addressing issues such as health crisis interventions, homelessness, substance abuse, and cultural or ethnic barriers. St Mungo's, a recognised provider in the domain, has been identified as a supplier, underscoring the suitability for established enterprises capable of delivering high-quality health services and achieving value for money.
