## Notice

The service must include a back office web based portal that will show the amount of permits ordered/dispatched/grouped permits/quarantined the portal will also allow access for multiple users at various levels that will allow "super users" to re-order permits to residents that have reported theirs lost or stolen, the portal must also show the status of each permit from ordering to dispatch. Service Description: to provide to each householder that subscribes to the green waste service a weatherproof exterior self adhesive permit showing address details and a QR code that links back to the Council Website, the successful bidder will be able to help design, print, package and post out the permit pack with minimum assistance from the service area. The provision of a software package is required so that the Council can monitor the permit "journey" and reorder any lost or damaged permits. Deadline for submissions is 1pm on Monday 26th January 2026
