    Stage 1: Written Tender Submission and Evaluation
    90% of the Stage 1 score will be based on the Technical Questions Response and 10% of the score will be based on the Social Value/Sustainability Questions Response. 
    Stage 2 : Site Visit Round - Shortlisted suppliers will be visited by an Evaluation Panel to evaluate the proposed site(s) to be used for the contract & assess compliancy against the tender requirements.
