This shall include, but is not limited to, broken-down, stolen, or collision-damaged vehicles of all classes, as well as motorcycles that are in breach of traffic regulations or causing obstructions on highways and motorways. The scope of work also includes the removal of burnt-out vehicles, vehicles used in criminal activity, vehicles recovered under the Police Reform Act 2002, and unlicensed or untaxed vehicles within the geographical boundary of Staffordshire, unless expressly stated otherwise. This includes the motorway network within the Staffordshire Police Force area, namely: * M6 (Junction 10a to Junction 16) * M54 (Junction 10a to the West Mercia border) * M6 Toll Road (throughout the Staffordshire Police area) The Contractor may also be required to recover vehicles from additional locations as directed, including Authority premises or areas outside Staffordshire Police jurisdiction.
