The Contract scope includes but is not limited to: # Small, medium and large varied moves # Crate hire and additional packing materials/services. # Planned or unplanned (reactive) moves including out-of-hour services. # Emergency callouts. # Project Management. # Dismantling and reassembly of equipment and /or furniture. # Disposal of confidential waste. # Environmental and or specialist disposal/recycling of surplus. furniture and equipment. # Temporary Storage. # Off-site managed secure storage. # IT competence - basic disconnection. The initial Contract term is for 24 months with the option to extend this twice up to a maximum term of 48 months.

Options: The term of the agreement can be extended at the discretion of the contracting authority.
