### Lot Information

Lot 1

Options: The Authority has the option to extend the contract by a further period or periods of 12 (twelve) months up to a maximum of 24 (twenty-four) months, provided that the total duration does not exceed four years.

Renewal: The initial contract period will be two years, after such time the Authority may extend the contract by a further period or periods of 12 (twelve) months up to a maximum of 24 (twenty-four) months, provided that the total duration does not exceed four years.
