## Summary

NHS North Central London Integrated Care Board is facilitating a procurement process aimed at empowering mental health resilience within Camden's Bengali and Somali communities through a contract titled "Complete Care Communities – Facilitating Mental Health Empowerment." The procurement falls under the services category in the General-practitioner services industry and will be executed in the Camden and City of London region. Currently, the procurement process is at the stage where the contract has been formally awarded, following a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) without the need for a prior call for competition, marking a significant step in enhancing community health resilience. This project is scheduled to commence on 1 April 2026 and conclude on 31 March 2027, with a total contract value of £60,000.

This tender provides a substantial opportunity for businesses involved in healthcare services, particularly those focused on mental health and community service delivery, in enhancing their presence and impact within the community. The contract's emphasis on community involvement and resilience-building could benefit SMEs specialising in health workshops, community advocacy, and physical wellbeing activities. With the procurement method being limited and tailored to ensure direct provision without competition, businesses like JAMES WIGG GROUP PRACTICE, the awarded supplier, have the chance to demonstrate innovation, social value, and sustainability, thereby fostering business growth and expanding service delivery in underserved communities.
