## Summary

It falls under the software support services category and is located in the UKD3 region. This procurement was conducted using a limited method, specifically through the Crown Commercial Service TG-Cloud 14 Framework, without prior publication of a call for competition. This tender presents an opportunity for businesses specialising in Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform service support, emphasising both reactive and proactive maintenance. Given the reliance on the CCS framework, it is particularly suited to businesses already included in the framework, such as SMEs. Companies with strong technical expertise in Microsoft architecture, administration, and best practices can leverage such contracts to expand their profile and services within the public sector. The proactive support requirement suggests opportunities for businesses focusing on system optimization and security updates, potentially fostering long-term client relationships with TfGM.
