## Summary

This procurement process, titled "Eagle Kitchen Block Refurbishment," was carried out by Eagle & Swinethorpe Parish Council, a sub-central government public authority based in Lincoln, United Kingdom. The process reached the award stage with the contract signed on 1st November 2025, and the refurbishment work scheduled between 1st July 2026 and 1st December 2026. The industry category includes construction work and repair and maintenance services, with the procurement method deemed as "below threshold - unknown." Though the tender status is complete, the contract is active, and Belton Construction, a small and medium enterprise, emerged as the supplier. The scope involves extensive renovations, including demolition, new installations, and detailed construction activities aimed at revamping the kitchen block.

The refurbishment project presents substantial opportunities for businesses within the construction industry, particularly those specialising in renovation and maintenance services. Companies capable of providing quality craftsmanship, adhering to specified engineering details, and managing various aspects such as electrical, plumbing, and joinery will find this tender appealing. This opportunity not only allows businesses to showcase their expertise in comprehensive building projects but also to potentially establish a reputable relationship with public sector organisations like the Eagle & Swinethorpe Parish Council. Such projects can further enhance business portfolios and stimulate growth in regional construction operations across the United Kingdom.
