## Notice

IDS seeks to appoint a single scaffolding contractor to provide safe, compliant, and responsive scaffolding and temporary access services across its residential property portfolio. ### Lot Information

Lot 1

Renewal: The Contract may be extended for a further period of up to one year beyond the initial term. Any extension will be at the sole discretion of the Client and will only be granted where the Contractor's performance during the initial contract period has been assessed as satisfactory. The Client will confirm any decision to extend the Contract in writing before the end of the initial term, and all terms and conditions of the Contract will remain unchanged during the extension period unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

IDS is committed to ensuring a transparent, fair, and consistent procurement process. Before the publication of the Tender Notice, IDS will undertake proportionate supplier engagement to understand market capacity, capability, risk, and pricing drivers relating to the provision of scaffolding services. Engagement will be conducted in line with the Procurement Act 2023.

Suppliers who do not engage in this process are still eligible to participate in the procurement.
