## Summary

The procurement process described pertains to the intention to award a contract under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) for Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Support Services, aimed at children and young people aged 10 to 17 years in North-East Hampshire and Farnham. NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board is the buying organisation, although it will transition its commissioning responsibilities to NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board from 1st April 2026 due to organisational restructuring. The procurement, classified under health and social work services, began with the announcement on 9th March 2026, marking the start of the standstill period. Key representations from providers must reach the decision makers by midnight on 19th March 2026.

This tender offers significant opportunities for service providers specialising in health and social work services, particularly those experienced in delivering emotional wellbeing and mental health support. Given the nature of the contract and its direct award under PSR regulations, businesses that demonstrate quality, innovation, value, and service sustainability will be highly considered. The incumbent provider, No Limits Safe Haven, has been recognised for their capability in meeting service requirements, underscoring the importance for potential bidders to meet similar criteria. The total contract value over the 12-month term is £76,233, providing a substantial opportunity for growth within this specialised sector.
