To support this expansion, NMIS intends to procure equipment that can support a wide variety of reliability testing for packaged devices. The concept design for the facility includes provision of equipment that is sufficiently flexible to support a wide variety of reliability testing. The items procured will enable NMIS to conduct reliability testing of packaged devices to ensure that the manufactured goods meet the industry quality standards. The focus of this procurement process will be equipment for reliability testing capability along with any and all associated ancillaries required.
