### Lot Information

Baseline Ornithology Services

Lot 1: Baseline Ornithological Services - including, but not limited to, the following: Vantage-point surveys to record flight lines of 'target species.' Walkover (breeding) bird survey work. Species specific surveys for Schedule 1 (Wildlife and Countryside Act) species. Surveys for nightjar.

Baseline Habitat Services

Lot 2: Baseline Habitat Services - including the following: Peat and soil probing surveys. Phase 1 Habitat Surveys. Extended Phase 1 Habitat Survey. National Vegetation Classification Survey (of semi-natural plant communities).
