The scope is expected to include, non-exhaustive: internal adaptations such as level access showers/bathroom alterations, associated plumbing and electrical works, minor building works including more complex adaptation packages where required, and external works such as access improvements, handrailing/driveway works and dropped kerb interface works, including making good. The contract is split into three geographic Lots, aligned to HIA operating areas and Social Care boundaries: Lot 1 (East HIA Area), Lot 2 (West HIA Area), and Lot 3 (North HIA Area).
