Many of the properties on site have conservatories, all built in differing ways which will require initial inspection for gutter and roofline access requirements. The proposed works include a combination of the following activities: - Removal and replacement of rainwater goods - Timber repairs: rotten timber replacement and 2-part epoxy resin care repairs - Preparation and redecoration of fascias, soffits (as required), remaining timber bargeboards, undercroft rafters and associated roofline timbers - Garage timber repairs and redecoration including full preparation and redecoration - Timber front entrance door redecoration including full preparation and redecoration - Limited internal decoration of walls, skirting boards and doors in identified areas - Waste removal and disposal - Scaffolding to high areas ### Planning Information Anchor is conducting preliminary market engagement (PME) to support the delivery of a procurement at Jarmans Field in Kent.
