## Notice

The Authority aims to appoint a number of Contractors to Civil Works Framework in Yangon covering renovation, decoration, masonry, carpentry and general engineering services. Services will also cover HVAC, roofing, waterproofing, metal works, fuel tank servicing, lightning protection, security infrastructure, and related engineering solutions. Plumbing and electrical works, including installation and replacement of systems and components in line with UK standards, are included. The Framework will support timely delivery of civil works across the Authority's Yangon estate.
