## Summary

On 16th March 2026, NHS Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board updated their tender for "Voluntary Sector Stroke and Neuro Community Support Services," which falls under the rehabilitation services category. The procurement process, classified as a Provider Selection Regime, is in the tender stage, offering services focused on slow-stream rehabilitation for individuals with acquired brain injuries within the UK's South East region. The contracting authority, NHS Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board, located in Eastleigh, invites representations with a deadline of 24th March 2026. The contract is valued at approximately £567,890 over two years, expected to start on 1st April 2026.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for organisations specialising in rehabilitation services to expand their offerings and establish a foothold in the UK healthcare market. The procurement seeks innovation, quality, and value, prioritising integration and reducing health inequalities. Businesses already providing similar services, particularly large-scale operations, could leverage this opportunity to enhance their service sustainability. The procurement method, limited by direct award procedures, suggests an advantageous position for existing providers like Headway, who have a strong track record in fulfilling similar contracts.
