## Summary

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract to Direct Control Systems Ltd for Building Management System (BMS) Maintenance and Services at the Warwickshire Police Headquarters located in Leek Wootton, United Kingdom. This award notice, dated 13 March 2026, indicates the procurement stage is complete. The contract, initiated via limited competition, spans an initial term of three years commencing on 1 April 2026, with potential extensions of two 12-month periods. The industry category involves services for energy and building management, falling under the description of repair and maintenance services for electrical and mechanical installations, software support, and energy management, among others.

This tender offers substantial opportunities for businesses in the energy, maintenance, and building management sectors, particularly those specialising in software support, monitoring, and control services. SMEs like Direct Control Systems Ltd, who are adept at providing integrated building management solutions, are particularly well-suited for such contracts. The procurement approach—below threshold and limited competition—suggests that smaller but capable companies can compete effectively, aligning with the contract's requirement for adaptability with options for remote monitoring enhancements and building integration. The project value is estimated at £115,530, providing significant growth and collaboration prospects for businesses operating within these dynamic sectors.
