Scope of Services Drainage, including clearing blockages and new installations * Ensure drainage serving EFDC dwellings and communal areas are free from obstructions. * Emergency response (2 to 4hrs) to environmental issues or serious disruption to customers. * Provide support to our Out of Hours service, evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. * Identifying defects within drainage layouts, to prevent reoccurring issues. * New installations are future proofed to ensure improved use. * Spoil removed from site, to be done so in accordance with all regulations, with all surfaces decontaminated. Objectives * Deliver a consistent, quality service to customers. * Agree all appointments at convenient times with customers. * Communal works to be undertaken efficiently to agreed times, to reduce inconvenience to communities. * Follow variation guidance to ensure cost certainty. Quality Standards * Compliance with Building Regulations 2010 Drainage and Waste Disposal. * Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. * NHF Schedule of Rates 7.1 - Drainage & Groundworks. * Accreditation requirements: CHAS, Constructionline. * Ongoing performance monitoring and KPI reporting.
