## Summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is engaging in a procurement process under the Health Care Services Provider Selection Regime (PSR) for the recontracting of Beacon House Therapeutic services, located in the UKJ2 region. The procurement falls within the health services category, under the CPV classification code 85100000, using a limited procurement method. Key dates include the standstill period from 16 March 2026 to 25 March 2026, with representations from providers needing submission by 25 March 2026. The award decision makers comprise senior figures from the Trust, and the contract is set to commence on 1 April 2026, potentially extending through to 31 March 2029.

This tender provides an opportunity for businesses specialising in health services to engage in a contractual agreement under the Provider Selection Regime, which allows for recontracting without prior competition call's publication. Businesses that have previously worked with the Trust or those new suppliers possessing relevant expertise are particularly well-suited to compete, as the PSR permits a direct award. This procurement method is designed to offer flexibility in managing health service delivery while maintaining budgetary control within prescribed limits, thereby facilitating business growth through stable and structured contract relationships.
