## Summary

The procurement process titled "Delegated Commissioning Via Clinic 26/28" is overseen by the Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, located in Leatherhead, United Kingdom. This tender falls within the health services industry, classified under CPV code 85100000, and is focused on services as the main procurement category. The procurement method employed is a limited one, specifically an award procedure without prior publication of a call for competition. The intention to award notice is governed by the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, and it excludes provisions from other public contracts regulations. The official contract award date is set for 30 March 2026, following a standstill period from 16 March 2026 to 25 March 2026, with service provision slated between 1 April 2026 and 31 March 2027, plus optional years extending to 31 March 2029.

This tender presents opportunities for businesses involved in health services to engage with a prominent NHS trust, thus potentially expanding their footprint in the healthcare sector. Businesses that have previously collaborated with the trust or offer complementary health services may find this tender beneficial for their growth. The procurement methods and contract regulations suggest a likely preference for existing suppliers, although new suppliers previously associated with the contracting authority might also be considered. As the process falls under a Provider Selection Regime, businesses ensuring they align with PSR requirements could find favourable conditions for competition, enhancing their service offerings within the defined budget thresholds.
