## Summary

The Therapeutic Support Services contract aimed at providing assistance for children needing Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) interventions in North Lincolnshire has been updated. Managed by NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board, the service falls under the 'services' procurement category and is classified as part of 'Miscellaneous health services'. The contract term extends from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, with a potential extension of one year. Notably, this contract has been awarded under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Regulations 2023, bypassing conventional public contract regulations, with an estimated lifetime value of £180,000. The procurement involves a direct award procedure without prior publication, marking significant dates such as the standstill period ending on 27 March 2026.

This procurement process signifies substantial growth opportunities for businesses specialising in delivering therapeutic services aligned with CAMHS interventions. With an emphasis on quality and innovation, organisations demonstrating robust clinical governance and measurable outcomes stand to benefit. Collaboration and service sustainability within the health and care system are prioritised, which can be advantageous for businesses adept at seamless integrations. Additionally, addressing health inequalities and contributing to local social value enhances market position for enterprises willing to commit resources toward these objectives. The successful award to Changing Lives through Changing Minds CIC highlights the competitive edge smaller enterprises can have in contract fulfilment within this sector.
