The procurement falls outside the traditional regulatory scope, highlighting its unique footing in the healthcare contracting landscape.

This tender offers significant opportunities for businesses specialising in healthcare services, particularly those with expertise in oral surgery and dental care. Suitable candidates would be organisations capable of demonstrating advanced clinical quality, operational efficiency, and social responsibility. Businesses that can deliver high-quality patient-centred care in primary settings, adhere to quality assurance principles, and possess the capability to manage a wide range of patient demographics, including medically complex cases and the dentally anxious, will be well-placed to compete for the contract.
