### Procurement Information

Single supplier - unique work of art or performance Extreme and unavoidable urgency During the National Year of Reading 2026, The Council will partner with The Supplier to host Giant Dreams - Phase 1 (the initial stage of the Giant Dreams, March-December 2026). This will build on the previous collaborations for Sanctuary (2022) & Creative Explorers (2023-2025).The Council will act as the test-bed for activities ahead of national scaling, positioning the region at the heart of creative practice in an ambitious, UK-wide project. The Council will also feature as a stop on the tour route in Phase 2 (January-September 2027).
